The Nueces River is one of the most beautiful sights in Texas. Artesian springs supply crystal clear water that flows for many miles over a limestone rock bottom through the hill country. While rounding up cattle a full moon was rising in the east. What a spectacular sight it was, it's white light glistening from the surrounding hills and trees and reflecting from the splashing water under the cattle.
