Selina Taylor was raised in a quaint mining town nestled among the rolling plains of Wyoming. She drew early creative inspiration from her father who is a ceramic artist. Her art education began near her hometown and she later transferred to Arizona State University where she received degrees in painting and drawing. The artist has also drawn tremendous inspiration from her studies in art history in Florence, Italy.
Taylor is greatly influenced by the masters of Post Impressionism. Her style is all-embracing and strives to appeal to a wide range of tastes and fashion. She is sure to create a mood filled with warmth, light, and gentle sophistication. Selina has concentrated interests in music, theater and film in addition to her passion for visual arts and plans to continue her education by pursuing graduate school in the future.
