David Stoecklein Art Prints of Horses

Horse and Western photographer David R Stoecklein was born in Pittsburgh, PA and began his career in corporate photography. If you’ve seen a Marlboro cigarette image, it's quite possible that it was captured by him.

While he continues to photograph horses, he also produces calendars and cards. Stoecklein is also the author of several books on life in the American West.

He is at his best when capturing moments where humans interact with horses. He currently lives with his family in the Wood River Valley of Idaho.
