Three 1970's Triple Crown Champions Signed Collage
46 x 31 framed display of three images of the last three triple crown winning horses: Secretariat, Affirmed and Seattle Slew each winning their respective Kentucky Derby. Included in the display are descriptive plaques, replica race tickets, and a riding crop.
Each image is authentically signed by each of the up jockeys. The Secretariat photo is signed by jockey Ron Turcotte who became internationally famous in 1973 when he rode Secretariat to win the first Triple Crown in 25 years.
The photo of Seattle Slew is signed by jockey Jean Cruguet, who in 1976, rode the two-year-old colt Seattle Slew to victory in the Kentucky Derby, Preakness Stakes, and the Belmont Stakes and thereby capturing horse racing's Triple Crown.
The Affirmed photo is signed by jockey Steve Cauthen. In 1978 Cauthen became the youngest jockey to ever win the Triple Crown when he rode Affirmed to victory in each of the races.
The display is matted and framed as shown and comes with a lifetime guarantee of authenticity.
The approximate overall size of the display is 46 x 31 x 2 inches.
