Product Description

14 x 11 limited edition canvas giclee of Curlin (only 100 available) by artist Tom Chapman.

This print is hand-signed, numbered, and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Capturing some of the most prestigious awards attainable in the world of horse racing, Curlin was voted 2007 Eclipse Champion Horse of the Year as well as Champion 3 Year Old Male.

Curlin continues on an impressive run. Trained by Steve Asmussen, Curlin is the pride of his vast stable of horses.

You just don't get to train class horses, such as Curlin has proven to be. Most often, a trainer spends their entire career working long hard hours, doing a difficult job. They can only hope that a horse of such caliber will one day be led into their barn with a talent, the likes of which the caramel colored Curlin possesses.

Unraced at age 2, Curlin was purchased for 3.5 million after his maiden voyage. Every race thereafter he has rivaled the top runners in, and out of the U.S.A. Among his victories at age 3, Curlin won the G-I Preakness S, G-I Breeders Cup Classic, G-I Jockey Gold Cup, G-II Arkansas Derby, and the G-II Rebel S.

At age 4 Curlin continues to show off his champion ability. He's won the G-I Stephen Foster Hcp., Jaguar Trophy Hcp. and the G-I Dubai World Cup Classic, world's richest horse race.

The Triple Crown might have been his to claim, say some experts, had he raced at age 2. Never worse than third in his 13 career starts, his stats of 9-2-2, are mighty impressive, with earnings of $9,496,800.

Curlin continues his career racing and earning out of the Steve Asmussen barn, for principle owner Jess Jackson and his Stonestreet Stable, and the rest is owned by Midnight Cry Stable. Seen here winning the G-I Dubai World Cup Classic, worth a cool 6 million.

Robby Albarado is in the pilots seat.
